Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like to delete your Dringo account and all associated personal data, you can do so using any of the methods below.

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We will process your request and delete all your personal data within 30 days.

Option 2: In-App

Log in to your Dringo account, go to My Profile → Settings, and contact support to request account deletion.

What Data Is Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:

• Your account and profile information (name, email, bio, avatar)
• Your posts, comments, and likes
• Your chat messages and audio recordings
• Your booking and lesson history
• Your XP, achievements, and streak data
• Any tutor application data and identification documents

What May Be Retained

We may retain certain data where required by law (e.g. financial transaction records for tax purposes). Any retained data will be anonymised where possible.

Facebook Login Users

If you signed up using Facebook, you can also remove Dringo from your Facebook settings:

1. Go to Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites
2. Find Dringo and click Remove
3. Check the box to delete any data Dringo received about you

This will trigger a deletion request on our end as well.
